NORTH STAR CO-DESIGN
North Star Co-Design was established in 2023 by theatre maker Louie Ingham and writer Lee Mattinson. Based in the North of England, we co-create with people in a variety of settings and our process is a person-led approach to making ambitious new ideas happen. We are powered by a co-led idea and experiment with doing things differently in curious, bold and unmissable new ways.
North Star Co-Design has three key strands:
- Place based Experiences & Interventions
- Place based Cultural Programmes
- Campaigns & Changemaking
Our work has co-created new worlds with a host of extraordinary people in unexpected places. Working with community collaborators with untold stories and unheard voices, we have and continue to make new work on stages, in fields, up mountains, on beaches and across estates.
We focus on illuminating the beauty and chaos of the world we live in now and believe it is the idea that binds us.
North Star Co-Design is co-led by Louie Ingham and Lee Mattinson.
