Beyond the Wall

A co-creation project for a company of young makers and families from the Byker Wall Estate in Newcastle. Beyond the Wall explored the terrain past Harbottle Park, Shields Road and the cadmium yellow of the Metro. Over twelve months, we asked the community to dream, make and create a site-specific and city-wide audio experience about the world outside their own...one as wild as their imaginations...
