Bridging Byker

Bridging Byker celebrates food pleasure, not food poverty and culminated with a brand new NE6 Recipe Book written, designed and cooked by over thirty Byker residents. These fresh chefs, authors and designers launched their book at a takeover community feast for over two hundred neighbours new and old.

NE6 Recipes Include: Sam's Shepherds Pie, Kayden & Kevin Jnr's Pizza Kirsty's School Sprinkles Cake​, Lexi's Spaghetti Carbonara, Jay & Sophie's Crumble and Bibian's Banana Muffins.
